We can send out sales invoices and pay your bills for you, Receivable chasing we send out your monthly statements, can setup invoice reminders and handle enquiries directly with your clients via email ** PLEASE NOTE** We normally DO NOT offer a cold calling service to call your clients for overdue receivables, if this is something that is required it is subject to our availability and extra charges do apply and must be stipulated as an extra service upon signing.

Reconciliations

We provide affordable services to code and reconcile your bank transactions along with providing monthly bank reconciliation reports

Year End Accounting

We now offer year end financials at a set one off price or if you have a lovely accountant already, we assist directly with your accountant to have all documentation ready for filing as well as offering a referral service to a professional chartered Accountant should you not already have one.

Administration

We are trained administration whizz’s that can assist with dictation, typing of any kind, scheduling or co ordinating meetings, events, sending emails and faxes, managing documents and files, the list goes on. No job too small.
