Kate has an extensive background in working sole Accounts Roles for the last 18 years. She specializes in all aspects of running accounts, office administration and management with great knowledge of Xero – Holding her certification in Xero and Xero Payroll. Kate also holds a Certificate in Business Bookkeeping, and is a member of NZBAI (New Zealand Bookkeepers Association Inc?) and NZQBA member – Who has nominated ABSL for the 2022 Bookkeeping Business of the year award!! For over the last 7 years Kate has worked in the Family Law Sector working for a small practice in Auckland. I have found this to be an extremely rewarding area to work within and have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the Family Law sector as well as the Ministry of Justice billing system and Actionstep.

Whilst previously assisting her long standing Family law work Kate has decided it’s time for her to focus on building her bookkeeping business “Absolute Bookkeeping services” to which she has been slowly building her clientele base over the last few years, it’s now time to step out on her own and make it shine and prosper!

Since then ABSL has been smashing goals and targets each year and is only going from strength to strength.

I love doing what I do and can’t wait to see ABSL grow even more successful.

Tracy has been a self-employed book keeper for the last 10 years.

She has experience in Xero, MYOB and other bespoke software.

Her clients are from a variety of industries from Entertainment, Transport, Manufacturing, beautiful vineyards in South Island, and many more industries.

Tracy loves to help with all your book keeping needs from set up for those just starting out or managing accounts and clearing backlogs for existing business and is a valued part of our team for all our ongoing monthly clients.

Meet our newest member of the team, Amy!

Amy has had 13 year career within the insurance industry. During this time it has given her a diverse range of experience in personal lines insurance and centre management.  Amy has a strong emphasis on written and verbal communication, leading and developing people & ensuring deadlines are met with low cost outcomes.

Throughout her previous role’s Amy has grown a strong ability to problem solve and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.  She has developed sound skills in People / Centre management, Managing budgets, Working with KPI’s / bonus systems  and maintaining rostering and Overtime for the centre.

All skills Amy would love to apply her knowledge too, to ensure we are working in the best way for your business and its needs.

Amy has joined the Absolute bookkeeping team with Certificate in Bookkeeping and a NZQA certificate in Business. She also is currently studying the human anatomy as personal interest – She’s a real go getter.

Our newest Member to the ABSL HQ team is Jacinta Childs,

Jacinta has recently joined the ABSL team as a part time senior bookkeeper, Jacinta gained her accountancy qualification in the UK, where she lived for 10 years and built a strong foundation in fast paced roles, including tax investigation and property management. Jacinta since returned to New Zealand to raise her two beautiful childing in a lifestyle full of adventure.

Outside of work, Jacinta is a creative at heart, she also does wedding photography and loves spending time outdoors swimming, running and hiking.
